How many wineries can we visit in one day?
Most wine tours comfortably accommodate 3-4 wineries in a full day (6-8 hours). We recommend this pace to fully enjoy each tasting experience, have lunch, and travel between locations without feeling rushed. For half-day tours (4-5 hours), we suggest 2-3 wineries. We can customize based on your preferences and whether you want a relaxed or more comprehensive experience.
Do you make winery reservations for us?
Yes! We're happy to assist with winery reservations and can recommend wineries based on your preferences (varietals, atmosphere, tour types). Many premium wineries require advance reservations, especially on weekends. We can also arrange special experiences like cave tours, food pairings, and private tastings. Just let us know your interests when booking.
What's included in the wine tour price?
Our wine tour pricing includes luxury vehicle transportation, professional chauffeur service, fuel, tolls, and parking fees. Winery tasting fees, tours, food, and gratuities are not included and vary by winery ($25-$75 per person typically). We provide complimentary bottled water, ice, and glassware for any wines you purchase during your tour.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Many guests bring snacks, picnic lunches, or champagne for the ride. Our vehicles have coolers and we're happy to stop at local markets or delis. Most wineries allow outside food for picnics on their grounds. We can also recommend excellent restaurants in wine country for lunch reservations.
What should we wear and bring on a wine tour?
Wine country casual is perfect - comfortable shoes for walking vineyards, layers for changing temperatures, and sunglasses. Bring a camera, sunscreen, and a credit card for wine purchases and tasting fees. Many guests bring a cooler for wine purchases, though we provide ice and storage space in our vehicles.

Yes!
