How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May through October). This ensures vehicle availability and allows time for planning coordination with your wedding timeline. For off-season weddings, 2-3 months notice is typically sufficient.
Can we decorate the vehicle or bring special items?
Yes! We welcome tasteful decorations like ribbons or florals that don't damage the vehicle. You can also bring champagne, flowers, or personal items. We'll work with you to ensure everything is arranged beautifully while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.
What happens if our wedding timeline changes?
We understand wedding schedules can shift. Our chauffeurs stay in contact with your wedding coordinator or designated contact person throughout the day. We build flexibility into our service and will adjust to timeline changes whenever possible without additional charges for minor delays.
Do you provide service for the entire bridal party?
Absolutely. We can arrange multiple vehicles for your bridal party, family members, and guests. Whether you need transportation for 6 people or 60, we'll coordinate a fleet that meets your needs and keeps everyone on schedule.
Are gratuities included in wedding packages?
Gratuity is not automatically included in our quoted rates, allowing you to tip based on service quality. Most couples tip 15-20% for exceptional service. We can also include gratuity in your contract if you prefer to handle everything in advance.
